How our picnics work:

Step 1: Fill Out an Inquiry Form

After browsing through our services, pricing, and FAQs, fill out an inquiry form and spill all the fun details about your event (plus your flexibility with dates and times!).Please keep in mind, many public beaches and parks require a permit, so be sure to submit your picnic request at least 10-15 business days in advance to give us time to secure that permit for you. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours!

Step 2: Let's Chat & Lock It In

Once we’ve had a chance to review your inquiry, we’ll reach out via email to schedule a video chat. We’ll go over all the details, answer your questions, and make sure everything is just right. When we’re good to go, we’ll send over the service contract, invoice, and super easy ways to pay your deposit. To lock in your date, we’ll need a 50% deposit upfront. Without that deposit, we can't reserve your event.

Step 3: Picnic Time!

Time to enjoy the magic! On the big day, we’ll text you a pin location an hour before the picnic. Feel free to bring your favorite food and non-alcoholic drinks to make it extra special. Just be sure to arrive on time so you can soak up every moment!
